Promotion terms and conditions giveaway “Hotel & wellness package Thermen Berendonck worth €2000”

1. Organiser
The giveaway is organised by Fluofree, Chamber of Commerce (KVK) 92432824.

2. Duration of the promotion
The promotion runs from 17 November 2025 up to and including 18:00, 24 December 2025. Orders for an Osmora Premium or Osmora Pro placed within this period are eligible to take part in the giveaway.

3. Participation
Participation in the giveaway is only possible by ticking the box “I am taking part in the Fluofree giveaway” at checkout. Participation is free of charge and voluntary. Only persons aged 18 and over may take part.

4. Prize
The prize is a Maharadja hotel package at Thermen Berendonck for 2 people, worth €2000. It includes:

  • Hotel overnight stay incl. breakfast

  • Enjoy our wellness facilities every day

  • Incl. sauna infusions and mini-retreats

  • Private wellness and your own cinema experience in your suite

  • A luxury hotel spa treatment of 120 minutes of your choice

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

5. Draw and announcement
The draw will take place on 24 December 2025 at 21:00 via a live draw on Fluofree’s Instagram account (@fluofree.nl). The winner will be chosen at random from all valid participants.
The name and place of residence of the winner may be made public on our social media channels.

6. Returns and validity of participation
If a participant exercises the statutory right of withdrawal (return within 14 days), their participation in the giveaway lapses automatically. Only completed orders that have not been returned remain valid for participation.

7. Exclusion from participation
Employees of Fluofree and their immediate family members are excluded from participation. In the event of suspected fraud, abuse or manipulation, Fluofree reserves the right to exclude participants.

8. Liability
Fluofree is not liable for any technical malfunctions or errors that make participation impossible. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.

9. Privacy
Personal data of participants will be used exclusively for carrying out this promotion and will not be shared with third parties, unless required by law. 

10. Governing law
This giveaway is governed by Dutch law.
