Get in touchDo I have to connect the Osmora to the water mains?
No. Fill the reservoir, plug it into the socket and the appliance is ready to use. Connecting it to the water mains is optional.
How often do I have to replace the filter?
With normal use at home you replace the filter set about once a year.
Which temperatures can I choose?
The Osmora Premium gives instant water from 10 °C to 95 °C, including a 45 °C setting for baby formula.
What is the difference between Premium and Standaard?
Premium has, among other things, cold water, hydrogen enrichment, a removable jug and UV-C. Standaard focuses on the core: reverse osmosis and instant hot or hot water.
What about warranty and returns?
You get a one year warranty on the technical parts, on top of your statutory rights, and fourteen days to change your mind. Contact us to start a return.
