Frequently asked questions
Get in touchWhy glass and not plastic or stainless steel?
Glass does not give off any taste or odour to your water and is fully recyclable. It contains no BPA.
How break-resistant is the bottle?
The bottle is made of borosilicate glass: stronger, more heat-resistant and lighter than ordinary glass. With the optional silicone sleeve it is extra protected against knocks.
Does the bottle keep my water cool or hot?
It is not a thermos flask. The thick borosilicate glass holds the temperature longer than plastic, and you can take hot tea with you without the glass cracking.
What are the delivery times?
Netherlands and Belgium: the delivery time for your country is shown at the bottom of this page. Rest of Europe: 3–4 working days.
