Fill the tank, plug it in and pour. You do not need to connect anything to the water line.

Reverse osmosis: the most thorough filtration for the home
Reverse osmosis works at 0.0001 micron. Dissolved substances stay on one side of the membrane, your drinking water comes out on the other. Calcium, magnesium and potassium then go back in — that is what you taste.

What is in my tap water?
Check the local measurement data from your drinking water company.
TDS is an indication of total dissolved solids, including minerals. The meter does not identify PFAS, bacteria or any other individual substance. So a lower value is not proof that all unwanted substances are gone. Added minerals can raise the value again.
One filter change per year. Beyond that, there is nothing for you to do.
Two steps you buy separately with other filters come as standard here: remineralisation and hydrogen enrichment.
Remineralisation
First, reverse osmosis filters your water down to 0.0001 micron. Then the remineralisation step brings calcium, magnesium and potassium back. So you get the best of both worlds: thoroughly filtered, yet water with character.

After filtration, the Premium adds hydrogen gas (H₂): hydrogen water from the same appliance, without a separate generator.
Where can I read about the research?
A 2024 systematic review in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences sets out the published research into hydrogen-rich water. The authors themselves call for larger and more rigorously designed follow-up research.
The Osmora Premium works in three steps: a pre-filter for particles and taste, reverse osmosis for dissolved substances, and remineralisation that brings calcium, magnesium and potassium back.
The appliance then adds hydrogen and a UV-C lamp treats the water circuit. These are functions of the appliance; we don't promise an effect, because we can't back that up with a source.
You choose the temperature on the touchscreen, from cold to 95 °C. The 1.6 litre jug is removable, so you can take it to the table.
Do I need to call in a plumber?
No. You use the Osmora with a socket and the refillable reservoir. Flush the appliance before first use according to the manual. A fixed water connection is optional.
What is included with the purchase?
The Osmora Premium, the reservoir, the removable jug and the first filter set. An extra filter is optional; you do not have to order it right away.
Is the water really hot?
The controls have a setting up to 95 °C. The temperature in your cup can come out lower, partly due to heat loss.
Can I use this water for baby formula?
Always follow the preparation instructions on the packaging of the formula. A temperature setting on the appliance does not replace those instructions.
When is my filter due for replacement?
Allow a maximum of 12 months or around 750 liters, whichever comes first. At 2 liters a day that is about a year; at 4 liters a day about six months. Also follow the filter notification and the manual.
What happens if I replace it too late?
Performance and flow rate can decline. Do not wait for an off taste: follow the replacement instructions and contact support if you get a notification or error code.
How much space and power does the Premium need?
The appliance measures 23 × 45 × 40 cm and weighs 11,8 kg. Keep ventilation and access to the reservoir clear. The stated power is 2100 W; this is not continuous consumption. Annual consumption depends on heating, cooling and use.
Can I take out a filter subscription?
At the moment you order replacement filters as a one-off for €99. The annual subscription is not yet available. No direct debit or recurring order starts when you buy.
How do delivery, warranty and returns work?
FluoFree delivers in the Netherlands and Belgium for available products. You have 14 days to change your mind and a 1 year commercial warranty on technical parts. That warranty comes on top of your statutory rights. Check the return policy for the conditions and report your return at support@fluofree.com.
